- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Do you have GA4, is it on every page, and is it collecting data today?
- Are phone calls, form submissions and bookings set up as key events?
- Is GA4 linked to Google Ads and Search Console?
- Google Ads
- Review the account structure and the last 90 days: spend, leads, and which campaigns and keywords produced them.
- Check conversion tracking: what counts as a conversion, and whether each call and form is counted once.
- Read the search terms report to find spend going to searches you do not want.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
- Is the Meta Pixel installed and recording leads? Is the Conversions API in place?
- Review the last 90 days: spend, results, cost per lead, and how boosted posts compare with ads.
- Confirm who owns the business portfolio, Page, ad account and pixel. They should all be yours.
- What you get
- A short written summary of what is working, what is broken and what is missing.
- Tracking fixed and tested with a real test call and a test form submission.
- One Google Search campaign and one Facebook and Instagram campaign, launched once the tracking is confirmed.
- You own every account, and ad spend is billed by Google and Meta to your card directly.

How we would get started together
This is what we would do for your business: five steps in the first 30 days, then a steady weekly, monthly and quarterly rhythm. Nothing here starts until you say go.
Two numbers that would help us
Both are optional, and rough figures are fine. They tell us where to look first. What you type is saved in this browser only.
Part one · first 30 days
Getting set up
We start by reviewing what you already have. No new ad runs until we know your tracking can be trusted.
- SEO inventory
- List every page with its title, meta description, H1 and target keyword. Flag duplicates and blanks.
- One page per service and one per main service area. Note the gaps.
- Check for broken links, redirect chains and pages that return errors.
- Run PageSpeed Insights on the home page and top service page, on mobile. Record Core Web Vitals.
- Business name, address and phone match the Google Business Profile exactly, on every page.
- Structured data in place: LocalBusiness, Service, FAQ and reviews where they apply. Validate with the Rich Results Test.
- AI search readiness
- robots.txt does not block AI crawlers by accident: GPTBot, OAI-SearchBot, PerplexityBot, ClaudeBot, Google-Extended.
- Key content is in the page HTML, readable without JavaScript, images or PDFs.
- Each service page answers the questions customers ask (price range, timing, area served, what is included) in plain sentences near the top.
- Trust signals are on the site as text: licenses, years in business, named owner or team, reviews, guarantees.
- sitemap.xml exists, is current and lists every page that should be found.
- You get a prioritized fix list: quick wins this month, larger items scheduled.
- Your profile is verified and you are the primary owner. You add us as a manager.
- Primary category is the best match for the main service. Secondary categories cover the rest.
- Services list, service areas, hours and holiday hours are complete and current.
- Description is written for customers and names the services and area served.
- Website and booking links work and carry tracking tags so GA4 shows the profile as a source.
- Photos: logo, cover, team, vehicles or storefront, and recent work. Note the date of the last upload.
- Reviews: record count, average rating and how many have an owner reply. Reply to everything unanswered.
- We set up your short review link and a simple ask-for-a-review routine after each job.
- Search for duplicate or old listings for the business and request removal or merge.
- Link the profile to Google Ads so location and call details can show on ads.
- Verify a domain property by DNS record. You are the owner and we are added as a full user.
- Submit the sitemap and confirm it reads without errors.
- Review the Page indexing report. List every important page that is not indexed and why.
- Export the last three months of Performance data: top queries, top pages, clicks, impressions, average position. This is the baseline.
- Check Core Web Vitals, HTTPS, Manual actions and Security issues. All should be clear.
- Link Search Console to GA4.
- Set up Bing Webmaster Tools by importing the site from Search Console.
- Write ten questions a customer would ask, such as "best [service] in [city]" and "how much does [service] cost in [city]".
- Ask each one in Perplexity. We record whether you are mentioned, which competitors are, and which websites are cited as sources.
- Run the same ten in ChatGPT and in Google (AI Overviews). Save the results as the baseline.
- For every source that keeps getting cited (directories, review sites, local lists, trade associations), get you listed or updated there.
- Publish or rewrite a page that answers each question directly, with the answer in the first paragraph.
- Confirm PerplexityBot and the other AI crawlers from Step 2 can reach those pages.
- Keep name, address, phone, services and hours identical everywhere the business is listed.
- Put a monthly re-test of the same ten questions on the calendar.
